I cannot log in. What should I do first?
Confirm you are using the same email used for signup, then try the reset flow on /reset. If the login email still does not arrive, contact us.
A recording, assignment, or session is missing.
Open the cohort room and share the session or assignment title. Include a screenshot if possible so we can resolve faster.
I applied and have not heard back yet.
Applications are reviewed in batches. Join the waitlist at the homepage so you also receive program updates and next intake notices.
How do I get the fastest response?
Include your exact issue, the page URL, and a screenshot. If it is cohort-specific, also post in the room so facilitation context is visible immediately.
